No abbreviations: After experiences in judo and boxing, I successfully completed a sports science degree at the University of Frankfurt in Germany. After a career as a high-performance athlete in athletics, I became the national coach of the German Athletics Association. After many stops in the sports world, I discovered a love for the Israeli self-defense system Krav Maga.
After many years of practical experience, I was selected by the global instructor team of the world’s leading Krav Maga association, IKMF, to become a Krav Maga instructor for civilian self-defense and passed the exam. Being a Krav Maga instructor is a calling and a passion for me, where I always give my full commitment to my clients.
